DEK Technology Goes Cross Country

Taking its mass imaging solutions from the South to the Midwest in one month's time, DEK will offer assembly specialists the opportunity to discover first hand why customers expect and receive more from the leader in materials deposition. DEK experts will be on hand from August 19-20 at the SMTA International show in Orlando, Florida and from September 24-25 at the IPC Midwest event in Schaumburg, Illinois to display its latest technologies and advanced production solutions.

During both events, DEK's Horizon 01i printing platform will be the centerpiece of the company's display, showcasing the value and versatility of this award-winning system. With speed and precision at its core, Horizon 01i from DEK offers manufacturers continuous, repeatable high throughput production at an incredibly fast cycle time of 10 seconds. Ideal for high-mix or high-volume production environments, Horizon 01i delivers the flexibility required for ever-changing production demands. Equipped with DEK's renowned Instinciv V9 interface, system control is now more intuitive than ever - enabling operation of complex processes through simple touch screen control. In addition, Horizon 01i includes HawkEye(TM) 750 post-print verification technology as standard, with the option to accelerate the verification process with HawkEye 1700 if desired. The system may also be configured with Cyclone, DEK's award-winning cleaning system, saving even more cycle time through ultra-fast operation and simple paper cassette changeover. All of these options can be viewed onboard the Horizon 01i systems being shown at both SMTA International and IPC Midwest.

For manufacturers seeking an alternative to traditional, frame-mounted mesh stencils, DEK will also have live demonstrations of its VectorGuard® stencil system over the course of the two exhibitions. With unmatched tension control, enhanced operator safety and easy foil changeover, VectorGuard technology provides the cost-effective versatility today's manufacturers require. From stainless steel to laser cut nickel to electroformed and Platinum, VectorGuard foils are available in a wide variety of metals and finishes to facilitate optimum print performance for applications that range from standard SMT through to advanced semiconductor packaging.

DEK technologists will be on hand from booth #800 at SMTA International and booth # 815 at IPC Midwest to discuss specific application requirements, emerging technology solutions and to communicate the company's 'Expect More' philosophy and what it can mean for your business.
