DEK's print platform 'knowhow' on display at Productronica 2007 - Hall A4, Stand 305
DEK has confirmed plans to showcase its high accuracy mass imaging expertise by demonstrating a range of powerful print platforms at Productronica 2007. Being held in Munich over November 13th - 16th, the show will see the mass imaging leader invite visitors to Expect More with a machine display encompassing the proven Galaxy, Europa and Horizon platforms.
Among the highlights on Stand 305, the demonstration of the high end Galaxy platform will highlight how this machine has redefined the upper performance limits for high accuracy mass imaging. The ideal platform for advanced semiconductor packaging and high precision SMT assembly convergence, Galaxy is engineered to handle advanced packaging challenges including wafer-level CSPs, flip-chip, uBGA and ultra-fine pitch SMT. This display will also highlight a selection of key DEK Productivity tools including its popular enclosed print head technology, ProFlow®. In addition, the Galaxy exhibit will also feature Cyclone, the understencil cleaning technology that cuts conventional cleaning times in half.
The DEK team will also be running a demonstration of Europa RTC from Stand 305, allowing visitors to discover industry-leading core cycle times of just four seconds. Using DEK's RTC (Rapid Transit Conveyor) high-speed board transport technology, the Europa platform delivers these ultra-fast cycle times without compromising stability, accuracy or repeatability. Ideal for manufacturers looking to keep pace with the demands of high volumes and miniaturization, Europa RTC guarantees an exceptional performance for a variety of applications.
In addition, DEK will be using the Horizon platform's renowned robustness, reliability and stability to present Productronica visitors with a first look at its advanced HD Grid-Lok® tooling technology. Being showcased on the value-driven Horizon 03i and productivity-focused Horizon 02i, HD Grid-Lok builds on DEK's proven pneumatic Grid-Lok® tooling technology to deliver flexible, high density board support at the touch of a button. Against the backdrop of the high performance Horizon platform, the HD Grid-Lok display is set to provide Productronica visitors with further evidence of DEK's commitment to its 'Expect More' philosophy.
