New Addition to the EXOCARB® MAX-OIL Family
Glendale Heights, IL...OSG Tap & Die is proud to introduce the brand new EXOCARB® MAX-OIL-AL drills. Similar to the popular EXOCARB® MAX-OIL Extra Long drill, this drill is ideal for deep-hole drilling; however it is specifically designed for Aluminum and Copper Alloys.
The EXOCARB® MAX-OIL-AL drill incorporates a double margin design, which provides added stability. This allows the drill to produce more consistent, concentric holes from entry to exit at up to 30x diameter. The double margin design also has a burnishing effect on the material, leaving better surface finishes.
In addition, a special flute design creates small, manageable chips, and a coolant through center is utilized for easy chip evacuation.
