DC to Frequency Converters offer variety of options.

Press Release Summary:

Models JH7500/JH7501 plug into standard relay sockets and feature I/O isolation as well as AC or DC power options. Model JH7500 offers output ranges to 10 kHz, and Model JH7501 has relay contact output for electromechanical counters (FS pulse rates can be as low as 1.25 pulses/min). Range of input choices includes standard process signals such as 0-5 V, 0-10 V, 4-20 mA, and 0-1 mAdc as well as others.

Integrators (DC to Frequency Converters)

JH Technology continues to expand its line of pulse/frequency products. The latest addition is a pair of dc to frequency converters. Also known as integrators, they often are used to totalize, or integrate, measurement signals such as flow and kilowatts.

Two new models have been announced: Model JH7500 with output ranges to 10kHz, and Model JH7501 with relay contact output for electromechanical counters (full scale pulse rates can be as low as 1.25 pulses per minute). Both feature input-output isolation and AC or DC power options. Their wide range of input choices includes standard process signals such as 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA and 0-1mAdc, and others. The modules plug into standard relay sockets.

Integrators commonly receive "rate" signal inputs such as flow or kilowatts and convert them to proportional pulse rate outputs. The pulses are then counted by an electronic or electromechanical counter to display total flow or power usage. Other applications include tone telemetry and converting analog signals to pulse rates compatible with PLC inputs.

The company also offers frequency to dc converters and pulse amplifiers/converters/isolators as well as a complete line of industrial signal conditioners.
