Designed to meet the specific needs of telecommunications and xDSL system applications, ASTRODYNE has introduced the ASDH-0305 open frame isolated 7W DC/DC converter that is fully approved for EN60950 and UL1950 SELV safety standards. The ASDH-0305 offers a wide input range of 36 to 130VDC and provides a dual output of 5VDC at 1.1A and 3.3VDC at 0.3A.
The ASDH-0305 features a unique high efficiency open frame construction with an integral finned heatsink that permits operation over the temperature range of -40° to +85°C without additional cooling or derating. This unit provides over voltage and continuous short circuit protection and contains an internal input PI filter that eliminates need for the addition of external components.
The ASDH-0305 features industry-standard package dimensions of 1 "L X 2"W X 0.375"H and standard pin-outs for convenient PCB mounting in new and existing applications.
