parvus Corporation today unveiled the Power Distribution Vx, a maximum efficiency 90-watt DC-to-DC power conversion board, designed with intelligent power management features for PC/104-based computer systems.
The latest addition to parvus' family of PC/104 power management products, the Power Vx features greater than 90 percent operating efficiency, a wide input voltage range (9-60 volts), improved temperature management, and low noise production.
For applications requiring intelligent power management, the Power Vx also offers the ability to read incoming voltage and local temperature, as well as automatically shut itself down.
As a multiple output, high current capacity (18 Amp continuous) power supply, the Power Vx brings all voltages to the PC/104 bus for usage.
