New Compact Digital Closed Loop DC Speed Control
The MD Series MICRO-DRIVE from Dart Controls is a compact, programmable DC speed control, with digital closed loop feedback and LED display for motors rated to 2 Hp. The MD series digital closed loop drive system can precisely control speed to +/- 0.5
rpm of set speed, long term. The MD Series MICRO-DRIVE features adjustable acceleration and deceleration ramp inputs, adjustable minimum and maximum speed values and master or follower operational modes. Target speeds are displayed directly in
RPM, FPM, GPM, process time, or any other engineering unit of measure.
The MD Series MICRO-DRIVE employs an on-board microprocessor with non-volatile memory. Dart Control's sophisticated internal control software offers the user adjustable proportional and integral gain settings, plus more flexibility in setting and storing program parameters. The digital display is adjustable for intensity, decimal point positions and zero blanking. The user can program all configurations through easy-to-use front panel access. The panel mount is installed effortlessly in a standard 1/8 DIN configuration. The 3.622" x 1.770" x 4.553" configuration contains an on-board universal power supply that is
compatible to any AC input voltage from 85 vac to 265 vac.
