Omron Provides a Solution for Electric Vehicles - the G9EA DC Power Relay
SCHAUMBURG, IL (June 26, 2002)-Working the same way as traditional electromechanical relays, the low cost G9EA DC power relay from Omron is ideal for the charger for the batteries and master shut off of hybrid electric vehicles and electric vehicles. The G9EA features a small contact gap along with low power consumption of approximately 5W. This solves the problem of breaking the current.
