New Motor 319 With Sensor Hall

DOGA, as a manufacturer of D.C. worm gear motors up to 130Nm (1150 in-lbf) starting torque, includes in its D.C. motors range its new motor 319 equipped with integrated Hall Sensor. This motor uses a new generation sensor which turns these motors into on of the most important launches in the D.C.motors range in DOGA.

The 319 motor with Hall Sensor is a motor capable of detecting speed, position and sense of rotation of the motor and it issues data by means of independent digital outputs.

The Hall Sensor is available for the whole range of 319 D.C. motors and the outstanding advantages are:

o 3 output channels; allow greater amount of information to be processed
o Two sensors in one unit; more precise (<1 µm against ≥100 µm in mechanically mounted independent sensors) and less tolerance
o More accurate position measuring due to 12 pulses/rev. of motor (about 1000 pulses/rev. of gear box)

According to general specifications of the 319 series, it has a starting torque of 50Nm, IP55, aluminium gear box and great connecting versatility.

DOGA, in accordance to our policy to offer customised products, gives the opportunity to modify any characteristic to adapt it to our customer needs.
