Reversible gearmotor requires just 3.6 A at 24 Vdc to generate full load torque. Motor windings for 12, 28, 36, 42, 48, 60, and 90 V are available. IP54-rated for operation in harsh environments, motor is mounted via 4 face mount M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on 40 mm dia B.C.

Original Press Release:

New 24 Volt, 2.0 RPM DC Gearmotor

"IP-54" Sealed, Low Current, 24 Vdc Gearmotor Develops 443 Lb. In. Torque at 2.0 RPM

Midwest Motion Products, Inc. of Watertown, Minnesota, is pleased to announce the release of a new DC Gear Motor, the Model No. MMP-TM57-24V GP52-2076. Accepting any 24 Volt DC source, including solar or battery power, this robust Gear Motor measures just 2.24" in Diameter, by 8.35" long, and has a keyed output shaft of 12mm diameter by 25mm long. Easy mounting is accomplished with 4 "face mount" M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on a 40mm Dia. B.C.

The output of this reversible gearmotor is rated for 443 Lb. In. (50Nm) torque, at 2.0 RPM. Despite its compact size, and weight of approximately 4.5 pounds, it's an efficient design, requiring just 3.6 Amps at 24 Volts DC to generate its Full Load Torque. That translates into long life battery charge, very low noise operation, and lower costs for related drive electronics. Motor windings for 12V, 28V, 36V, 42V, 48V, 60V & 90 Volts are available.

This unique design is rated at an "IP 54" protection level for operation in harsh environments. Variable Speed can be accomplished with our fully compatible Speed Controls, Model MMP 25A-24V, or MMP 20A-24V-RSP.

Samples are available FROM STOCK for rapid prototyping needs.
