Designed to meet power conversion requirements in board-level product applications such as data acquisition, telecommunications, and industrial I/O, ASTRODYNE announces the ASD30 Series of modular packaged DC/DC converters that provide output power of 25 to 30 Watts and accepts 2:1 wide range inputs from 9 to 72 VDC. 27 models are available that provide single, dual and triple outputs from 3.3 to 15VDC. All models in the ASD30 Series contain continuous short circuit protection, external O/P trim adjustment and On/Off Control function. An internal input filter eliminates the need for the addition of external components and all models are industry pinout and size compatible. In addition, the ASD30 Series is UL and cUL approved, provides 500VDC I/O isolation and will operate over the ambient temperature range of -25 to +71°C without forced cooling. The units are fully encapsulated in a black coated copper case with non-conductive base.
