The open-frame package, which guarantees an overall height less than 1/2 inch, combines SMT components, contemporary thermal-clad pcb materials, and a factory installed, anodized-aluminum heat sink. The end result is a high-current, high-power assembly that displays outstanding performance over temperature.
For example... the most powerful model in the Family (3.3VOUT @ a continuous 20 Amps), with a minimal 100lfm air flow, delivers its full 66 Watts of output power all the way to +65 deg C (ambient) with no derating. That's impressive!
These Are Real Power Converters
They require no compromises. 30-66W UNR's are fully line (±0.1% max.) and load (±0.5% max.) regulated and deliver low noise (typically 75mVp-p), impressively quick step response (50 micro sec), and no-load stability (enabling them to easily accommodate circuit partitions going into "sleep" mode).
