The OPN-20 Series accept inputs from 3 to 5.5 VDC and 9 models are available that provide single outputs from 1.5 to 3.3VDC. All models in the OPN-20 Series contain short circuit protection and an internal input filter. In addition, the OPN-20 Series provides remote on/off control and will operate over the ambient temperature range of -25 to +71°C without forced cooling or output power derating.
