New 40x28mm Fan delivers up to 17.47 cfm Airflow



Air Performance Tech has released a new series of fans design for 1U applications requiring substantial airflow. The AP4028 Series of DC Ball bearing fans are ideal for solving these most demanding thermal management issues.

These low profile fans measure only 40 x 28mm and deliver up to 17.47 cfm (cubic feet per minute) of airflow with an unregulated 12V or 24V input. The fans draw a maximum of 7.2 Watts of power and operate with a maximum noise level of less than 45.7dB. All models are available with optional 3rd wire Tachometer or Locked Rotor Signals. The fans feature high reliability performance utilizing dual ball bearing technology to gain more than 50,000 hours MTBF in a typical 0-40°C environment. In support of the fans excellent performance, Air Performance Tech extends 1 year warranty. The series of fans carry International safety standards (UL/cUL60950, EN60950), bear the CE Mark (LVD).
