Tripp Lite Introduces New Inverter/Charger with Pure Sine Wave Output



Chicago, IL – Tripp Lite, a world-leading manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions, has introduced a new DC-to-AC Inverter/Charger for international markets. The APSX4048SW serves either as a standalone power source, an extended-run uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or an inverter. It provides up to 4,000 watts of pure sine wave power to connected equipment, helping it perform better and last longer. A reliable, large transformer design lets it power resistive electronic loads or large inductive motors, compressors and other items with high current needs on startup. The unit can be operated in single-phase mode and an extremely efficient 3-phase mode suited for high-capacity industrial and commercial installations. For increased capacity, up to seven total APSX4048SW units can be configured in a parallel connection. An interactive LCD indicates a wide range of operating conditions and diagnostic data, while selector buttons allow users to easily change settings and create custom configurations.
