New Barracuda SignNow Appliance Brings Cloud Workflow Management to Organizations
SignNow version 4.0, including Integrations with Salesforce, Office365 and Google for Work, Now Available
CAMPBELL, Calif., -- Barracuda Networks, Inc. (NYSE: CUDA), a leading provider of cloud-connected security and storage solutions, today announced the general availability of Barracuda SignNow version 4.0 and the new Barracuda SignNow appliance, now supporting deployments in both cloud and on-premises environments. SignNow allows organizations to obtain signatures from customers, partners and employees in seconds, and significantly reduces document turnaround time.
The new Barracuda SignNow appliance - available in hardware and virtual deployment configurations - allows users to share, sign and collaborate in a secure on-premises environment. Organizations now can deploy a robust eSignature solution on-premises or in their private or public cloud infrastructure for greater control over critical business documents. For example, customers can deploy their own instance of SignNow as a VM, and send all system and process emails through their own email servers.

SignNow's latest releases come as a part of Barracuda's recently launched Data Protection Plus initiative, which is aimed at helping customers access, retain and share critical data from anywhere and any device. Highlights of the SignNow appliance include:
--Â Control of information both in transit and at rest - maintain on site or within VPN, and of retention and access policies and security protocols
--Â Control emails through use of existing SMTP services
--Â Support use of internal LDAP/AD for identity management
In addition to the SignNow appliance, the new version 4.0 also includes a number of integrations and feature updates designed to help streamline business workflows.

--Â SignNow for Salesforce - send documents and contracts directly from within existing Salesforce accounts
--Â SignNow for Office365 Outlook - sign email attachments on mobile devices and desktops directly from within Outlook, as well as view status and send templates and documents
--Â SignNow for Google Apps - use Google Apps as an identity manager to automatically provision accounts and provide seamless single sign-on access

The Barracuda SignNow appliance is available today starting at U.S. list price $4849 for an annual license. Barracuda SignNow appliance Vx is a virtual appliance that runs on Hyper-V and VMware environments and is sized based on target number of users. Pricing for the virtual appliances starts at U.S. list price $4799 USD for an annual license.
SignNow is available at signnow.com, and trials are available free of charge.
