Original Press Release:

Store Your Temp and Humidity Data Online with CAS DataLoggers

Networked Monitors Alarm Your Products in Storage and Transit

CHESTERLAND OH—Manufacturers and shippers are under increasing regulatory pressure such as FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11 to electronically monitor and document their products. Now CAS DataLoggers has teamed with T&D to offer the new Network-Connected Temperature and Humidity Data Loggers, ideal for remote data collection applications. Whether you’re storing sugar prior to processing, preventing mold in perishable food products (grain, pet food etc.) or manufacturing materials (for example, preventing metal from rusting), these remote units monitor storage conditions and automatically send all the data and alarms online. Now available for both wireless and wired LAN connection, these smart solutions are reliable and affordable for your critical environmental applications.

Networked Communication:

Using our new monitoring technology, your Internet connection provides you with a low cost way to manage your temperature and humidity data from long distances, with several different models available including networked wireless WiFi versions. After making a few quick settings, you can automatically have Recorded Data and/or Current Readings sent to you periodically via FTP or e-mail without needing a PC. It’s also easy to setup warning emails and use an array of other functions over the Internet or LAN network.

For ease of use, the loggers’ USB connection also allows for wired LAN and wireless LAN settings to be made directly from your PC. You can also keep track of your data using your mobile device--both the WebViewer and WebStorage Service can be used with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, letting you access your data anytime from anywhere.

Free Online Data Storage:

Experience the convenience of increased management efficiency by sharing your recorded data over the Internet! The readings from every Remote Unit are instantly transmitted to the free T&D WebStorage Service from any of our compatible products--perfect for remotely managing data from distant sites or for allowing several people to view the same recorded data anytime from anywhere! You’ll also get immediate online access for monitoring, saving, analyzing, printing, and more.

For products in transit, the T&D WebStorage Service enables the Sender, the Receiver, and the Carrier to monitor the same current readings graph and check the temperature/humidity condition. This allows for the simultaneous viewing, sharing and usage of data by multiple parties across long distances.

User-Friendly Software:

Each data logger includes FREE Windows software designed to help you carry out various functions such as Network Settings, Gather Recorded Data and View Recorded Data in Graphs. T&D Graph can be downloaded free of charge and allows you to read larger numbers of recorded data files into the same graph, merge data, view and save data various ways. Additionally, the included WebViewer Application allows you to view current readings, data graphs, and device settings info in your browser. It’s also easy to sample and filter data, add memos and write comments directly on the graph, and save data to convenient CSV Format for use with common spreadsheet software.
