Easy-to-Install Temperature & Humidity Monitoring

October 29, 2004 - Introducing a reliable lab monitoring system that's quick and easy to install and operate. Veriteq Instruments Networked Data Logger system uses a facility's existing computer network to deliver high-accuracy real-time, alarm, and historical information to any PC desktop - with minimal wiring and setup labor required. A centralized and fail-safe alternative to chart recorders, the system features remote monitoring and data backup, fast data retrieval, and comprehensive reporting.

Comprised of individual self-contained temperature or humidity data loggers that connect easily to any network port, each logger is equipped with integrated temperature or humidity sensors, memory, clock, and 10-year battery. Accurate to 0.15 Deg. C. and 2% RH, the data loggers collect information independently then deliver this data at regular intervals to one or remote PC's. In doing so, the system provides a redundant and highly reliable data collection method that can withstand network or power failures without losing data. The system is flexible and scalable to allow labs or facilities to start small and add or relocate data loggers as necessary - or as the budget allows.

Software features of the Veriteq system include real-time data displays, local or remote alarming (including by e-mail), alarm logging, and historical trending.

The Veriteq Networked Data Logger system is ideal for monitoring temperature or humidity sensitive environments in Metrology and Calibration labs, Electronic Manufacturing areas, and Refrigerated Storage facilities such as Hospital Pharmacies and Blood Banks.
