Configure and retrieve data from USB-500 Series loggers without a PC

NORTON, Mass. -- Measurement Computing Corporation, the value leader in data acquisition today announced the release of its USB-525 remote data logger assistant.

The ultra-portable USB-525 allows the user to conveniently program compatible USB-500 Series loggers and view the data on a high-resolution screen. Compatible USB-500 Series stand-alone data loggers provide the ability to measure temperature, humidity, and dew point and are priced from only $49.

With the USB-525, logger setup and data display can be done on-site without the need of a computer. USB-500 Series data loggers connect directly to the USB-525, and are then programmed with the touch-screen display. Users can configure the logger, download data, view data, and export data for use in a spreadsheet application. Powered by a rechargeable battery, the USB-525 reduces interruptions in data collection and decreases travel by users between test sites.

Logged data can also be transferred to a computer over the included micro-USB cable for display using the USB-500 Data Logger software. The USB-525 supports compatible USB-501 and USB-502 Series loggers.
