New DataTaker DT82EM
The new dataTaker DT82EM is a intelligent, robust low power data logger designed for remote applications that features an integrated GSM/GPRS Modem. Combining the functions of signal conditioning, a DMM, a PC and a modem, it provides a turn-key solution to capturing data and alarming with the ability to upload data via email or FTP and to send alarms as email or SMS messages.
Universal analog inputs, digital channels and high-speed counter inputs, allow the DT82EM to easily connect to most sensors and data measurement sources. It can measure temperature, voltage, current, 4-20mA loops, resistance, bridges, strain gauges, and frequency. Its Dual Channel Isolation allows four 2-wire differential or six single ended analog inputs. With 4 digital I/O channels, 4 counters, a SDI-12 interface for connecting up to 10 sensors and 12V regulated power output the DT82EM is ready for any remote environmental application.
The DT82EM can store up to 10 million data points in internal memory and also has a USB memory stick port to upload programs or download data. The DT82EM uses the new dEX user interface software management of the logger. With dEX, no special PC software is required, just a web browser to configure the data logger, view real-time data and download stored data.
