Data I/O's PSV7000 Automated Programming Wins APEX Best of Show for Programming

The award was presented to the company by Circuits Assembly Magazine during a Tuesday, March 25, 2015 ceremony that took place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center during the IPC APEX EXPO. APEX is the largest trade show in North America devoted to printed circuit board and electronics assembly manufacturing.

The PSV7000 exceeds the most demanding programming requirements. It is capable of programming up to 2000 devices/hour with tray, tape or tube input, and can handle the smallest programmable devices on the market, as small as 1.5mm x 1.5mm. Changeover times have been reduced by up to 75 percent compared to other systems. High-precision fiber laser marking, 3D co-planarity, serialization and traceability software are available options to support the highest quality process requirements.
