New Modular Gas Manifold Allows for Ease of Installation, Expandability in High-Purity Applications
April 28, 2003 - Virginia Beach, VA - CONCOA has introduced a new series of stock cylinder manifolds designed to provide flexible solutions for the centralized distribution of high-purity gases in diverse applications.
The new 52 Series Modular Manifold, based on a quarter-inch pipe size, reduces wetted surface area and lessens the potential for gas contamination. Modular design allows for ease in overcoming facility constraints and accomplishing system installation.
Metal-to-metal field-assembled joints allow for trouble-free leak-tight field assembly. Integral diaphragm valves at each station provide for leak-tight integrity and eliminate gas contamination.
Fully integrated with CONCOA's broad range of regulators and switchover svstems, the new manifolds are component-based, allowing for rapid shipment of systems from stock to make any size manifold. In addition, components may be field-assembled in either left- or right-hand orientation.
The series is available in three models for peak performance, durability, safety, and gas compatibility-52B in brass, 52C in chrome-plated brass, and 52S in 316 stainless steel. All models ship complete with brackets and pigtail assemblies, which include check valves at cylinder ends.
