CyberOptics Picks up Three Awards at NEPCON China

CyberOptics Corporation (Nasdaq: CYBE) announces that it has bagged three awards for its latest inspection systems and unique value-add program at NEPCON China 2014.

SE600™ 3D SPI won the “Best Emerging Exhibit of the Year 2014” from SMTA China for its exceptional accuracy and world-class usability. SE600™ sets a new bar for accuracy with its ‘true’ volume measurement capability. Newly designed software with multi-touch screen feature enables smarter and faster inspection. And, unique value-add programs such as Closed loop feedback, Mounter feed forward and CyberPrint OPTIMIZER™ deliver improved yields and reduce rework costs.

CyberOptics’ newly-launched CyberPrint OPTIMIZER™ software picked up an EM Asia Innovation Award in the category of Software - Process Control Systems. CyberPrint OPTIMIZER™’s proactive print process optimization based on trend analysis enables automated process improvement limiting operator intervention. It is quick and easy to set up and provides all the flexibility to customize it according to your product or production needs.

CyberOptics also was awarded an SMT China Vision Award for its newest QX150i™ AOI system that offers an ideal inspection solution for pre-reflow and selective solder applications. With a 12µm sensor resolution, QX150i™ ensures zero escapes and lowest false call rates. When used as a pre-reflow AOI system, the QX150i™ system can provide significant cost savings by preventing defective panels from proceeding to the next process, reducing manufacturing defects by detecting process problems earlier and enabling corrective action to take place sooner.
