Customized Plants from One Source Dieffenbacher to Exhibit at JEC World 2019
From March 12 to 14, 2019, the global composites industry will meet at the JEC World in Paris. Under the motto “Your plant from one source,” Dieffenbacher will exhibit its portfolio of complete production systems in Hall 5, Stand L41.
Customers such as Audi, BMW, Autoneum, Fritzmeier, Hanwha and Polytec rely on Dieffenbacher for the production of high-quality composites. Dieffenbacher offers complete composite production systems from one source for the automotive and transportation, building and construction, aerospace, and sports and leisure industries.
Based on the part to be produced, Dieffenbacher recommends the most economical production process and then implements customer-specific production systems. With its Fiberpress series, Dieffenbacher offers the right press and material infeed technology with sophisticated automation features for the production of Class A exterior parts made of SMC and for underbody components made of LFT-D. The Tailored Blank Line, consisting of Fiberforge and Fibercon systems, enables efficient manufacturing of automotive components such as seat backs or of body armor made of UD fiber tape. Dieffenbacher also supplies systems for HP-RTM, wet molding and metal-hybrid production processes.
Dieffenbacher supports customers from the initial idea through engineering and plant conception, manufacturing and installation of the press to commissioning and beyond.
