Customized Electric Valves for Laboratory Instrumentation

Omnifit, a leading manufacturer of fluid transfer components whose products are available in the U.S. from Bio-Chem Valve Inc., can now custom-design Electric valves suitable for incorporation into laboratory equipment.

Designed for a wide range of chemical, biotechnology, medical and environmental applications, the company's standard range of electric valves can be modified or completely redesigned to meet laboratory equipment manufacturers' requirements.

Manufactured from PTFE, or other chemically and biologically inert materials, all valves incorporate minimal dead volume to eliminate sample contamination and maintain smooth fluid flow. Omnifit's design team can engineer custom valves for specific OEM applications, with prototyping and manufacturing carried out in-house to ensure a close customer relationship throughout the design process.

The standard range of electrical rotary valves is complemented by pneumatically-driven valves and all have a wide range of porting options and bore sizes to ensure complete flexibility.

Omnifit has been a specialist designer and manufacturer of inert fluidic components for over 30 years.
