Custom Stainless Steel Worktables from Eagle MHC

Clayton, Del., December 21, 2006 -Eagle MHC offers the industry's widest range of design options for custom-configured stainless steel worktables used in industrial and commercial environments. These worktables are designed to maximize functionality and flexibility in labs, manufacturing, assembly and material handling operations.

Because Eagle MHC stainless steel worktables are custom-configured using standard modular components, customers can obtain a custom product at a very affordable price. Worktables are available in a variety of grades. The most affordable option includes 16 gauge type 430 stainless steel tops. The Deluxe Series is the next step up, and consists of 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel construction.

Customers requiring a top-of-the-line table can select the SpecMaster® Series, made from 14 gauge type 304 stainless steel. Unlike other worktables on the market, the hat channels, legs and gussets on SpecMaster® Series tables are made of 100% type 304 stainless steel.

All custom-configured stainless steel worktables also feature Eagle's patented uni-lok(TM) leg/gusset design - a two-point welding system that eliminates leg wobble, thereby providing unmatched table strength and stability.

Customers can specify the specific height and dimensions of custom-configured worktables based on their work area layout and the available space. In addition, Eagle MHC offers many other options to create the ideal worktable solution. Options are offered for undershelves, cut-out sections, tray dividers and sliding drawers. Bullnose and square edges are available on tabletops. Or, choose the marine edge design to guard against items or spills rolling off the table. Eagle MHC also offers table-mounted ground fault electrical outlets for customers who require electrical connections.

Additional worktable options include built-in stainless steel sinks - with tubular or undershelf bases (fixed or adjustable) or closed-base cabinets - that are perfect for cleanrooms, labs, and production areas that need to accommodate product washdown procedures. Customers can select from a variety of backsplash designs, too.

Additional design variations that can be provided by Eagle MHC include mobile tables with easy-glide casters, drawers and overshelf systems, tables with plumbing accessories included, and sound-deadening accessories.
