UFP Technologies Offers Custom Designed Medical Endoscope Case With Foam Insert

UFP Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of custom engineered packaging products, offers custom designed medical endoscope cases with foam inserts for medical instrument and device manufacturers. Engineered to accommodate endoscopic instruments of varying sizes, UFP's case provides high quality product protection, accessibility and organization.

The endoscope case features a durable, scratch-resistant ABS plastic housing that protects instruments from damage when stored, enabling them to be transported safely. Available with an engraved handle and nameplate, UFP's endoscope case can also serve as an aesthetically pleasing method to display high quality medical devices.

With its interior foam insert, UFP's single case can be used to securely store different sizes of endoscopic instruments to improve organization and accessibility. Because all multiple components can be stored in a single case, item identification and retrieval is enhanced. Fabricated from closed-cell crosslinked polyethylene foam, inserts are durable and can be easily cleaned. Inserts are CNC-machined, which makes them easily revised without tooling, providing a cost effective solution for low to medium volume applications. They feature one-piece construction for durability, and multiple cavity depths that provide a custom fit for each item. Offered in a variety of colors to enhance product appearance and accessibility, UFP's case inserts can be designed to meet individual customer specifications and budgets.

UFP provides both single and multiple material/process turnkey solutions, from durable functional inserts for applications ranging from rough duty uses such as field maintenance and emergency response kits, to high aesthetics sales sample kits featuring one or more attractive colors. UFP's engineering team delivers rapid turnaround design and prototyping services, utilizing both solid and two-dimensional CAD systems. For applications where organization, asset management and/or increased productivity is desired, two color shadow box foam organizers are designed for the storage and protection of tools and instruments.
