New marking system provides clear identification and improved traceability

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. -- Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics has upgraded its capabilities for identifying hose assemblies with a new state-of-the art laser engraving system. The system allows Saint-Gobain to engrave the metal crimp collar or tag of all hose assemblies, piping and components, providing customers with easy identification and traceability. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics can engrave crimp collars on hose assemblies ranging from 1/4" to 4" in size, in varying fonts and sizes. The system leaves a clear, easy-to-read mark that can be customized upon request.
