ATCOM Custom Cable Assemblies are engineered to customer requirements and can combine multiple technologies including plastics injection molding, over-molding, potting of devices, wire sizes from 10 to 32 Ga. and custom cable configurations. Featuring one-source design and manufacture, they can incorporate various types of connectors and terminals ranging from simple ring lugs to terminal blocks and intelligent interface products.
UL/CSA/VDE and approved, ATCOM Custom Cable Assemblies can range from single conductors up to 50-pairs, with mylar, foil, and braid and copper shielding, and standard jacketing made from PVC, SJT, SJTO, SVT, and other materials. Active and passive components, sensors, and circuit boards can be packaged in custom-made housings.
ATCOM Custom Cable Assemblies are priced according to construction and quantity. Typical configurations range from $0.48 to $150.00 each, depending upon quantity.
