Custom & Pre-cut Assortment of Metal Tubing
VICI Precision Sampling (Baton Rouge, LA) offers a wide range of custom and pre-cut Metal Tubing. Materials offered are 316 stainless steel, Nickel 200, Hastelloy C, Inconel 600, Electroformed Nickel, and titanium.
Custom lengths required may be specified in inches, feet, or metric measurements. Pre-cut tubing in 316 stainless provides an economical solution to the problems that are often caused by cutting in the field or lab, and is available from stock at VICI Valco Instruments (Houston, TX).
All metal tubing is electrolytically cut and deburred, then cleaned with high pressure, micro-filtered steam from deionized water, which removes both organic and inorganic contaminants.
Pre-cut stainless tubing comes in 1/32" OD (IDs of .005, .010, and .020") and 1/16" OD (IDs of .005, .010, .020, .030, and .040") offered in various lengths and quantities per package (2, 10, 50, 100). 1/8" OD stainless is available in custom lengths with IDs of .030, .040, .060, .070, and .085".
