Pulizzi Engineering, Inc. Announces the TPC2976 Current Monitor
Santa Ana, CA- Pulizzi Engineering, Inc. announces the release of a new current monitoring and power control system. Pulizzi model TPC2976 is a 19" rack mount control panel with two individual current meters. The system allows the user to connect two individual pieces of equipment or two power strips to the AC receptacles. The power draw of each piece of equipment can be individually monitored on the front panel current meters. This allows the user to accurately identify power draw without external meters. This can prevent equipment downtime by ensuring proper system loading. The TPC2976 also features an on/off/start switch and EPO (Emergency Power Off) switch. The start switch utilizes a unique latching circuit that prevents the equipment from automatically restarting after a power outage. The red EPO button can easily be pressed in an emergency situation, placing the equipment in a safe shutdown. The latching circuit requires a two step restart. This prevents unintentional restarts, ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
The TPC2897 is a 1U (1.75") tall, 19" rack mount device, 7" deep. The unit has a rugged all steel enclosure and is painted grey. The standard model features a 120 volt, 20 amp power input with a dc-rated output of 16 amps. The front panel includes a 20 amp supplementary circuit protector, on/off/start switch, EPO switch and two current meters. The rear panel has one power input via a 9 foot 12/3 power cord with a NEMA 5-20P plug. There are (2) NEMA 5-20R receptacles on the rear. The power draw of each receptacle can be read on the front panel current meter displays. List price is $730, with OEM quantity discounts available.
