West Palm Beach, FL - ASG Medical Systems will bring its CSF (Cut-Slit-Flare) machine to MEDTEC Europe for the first time. An advancement of the industry-standard 202L, the CSF is the only automated machine to feature all-in-one operation for cutting, slitting, and flaring thermoplastic tubing.

Inherits powerful features from the Accu-Cut 202L such as:

- Use of a precision tube-cutter on materials from silicone to PEEK

- Full automation capability with feeding from ASG stick or spool feeders

- Scrap Eject for separating scrap ends

- De-ionizer to keep product clean and free of static charge

- Jar, bag, or bin loader

- Full barcode recipe setup including tool tracking

- Color touchscreen user interface with diagnostics, password protected product recipes and machine parameters

Compact, benchtop footprint of 50cm X 50cm X 35cm and a total weight of 25kg

Requires only 110 or 220 VAC and shop air
