Cross-Cut Saws Feature Precise Tolerances



Hendrick of Salem, MA introduces a new line of cross-cut saws that let manufacturers dedicate their existing horizontal panel saw to rip cutting and then send the linear strips to the cross cut saw increasing production while minimizing floor space.

USX-Series Cross-Cut Saws are dedicated to cross cut operations and have totally concealed blades, scoring and a full length pneumatic hold-down. Featuring tolerances to +/-0.005" and adjustable cut lengths up to 60" they are offered with manual or computerized controllers, automatic pusher indexing systems and material grippers.

Ideal for cabinet and furniture making, Hendrick USX-Series Cross-Cut Saws can work in conjunction with a panel saw to create a semi-automatic angular system. Depending upon model, they have up to 12 HP main blade motors and provide up to a 3" depth of cut. Standard features include front and back feed tables, variable speed saw carriage traverse, adjustable length of cut, automatic saw carriage return, safety beams, cover interlocks and emergency stop switches.
