CradlePoint Introduces Two Solutions for Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network
Increase Reliability and Performance of Existing Internet Connections
LAS VEGAS and BASKING RIDGE, N.J. -- From the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), CradlePoint today announced the NFS750L 4G to Ethernet Bridge and PCS1400L 4G Business Router. Both take advantage of the recently launched Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Mobile Broadband network.
The NFS750L 4G to Ethernet Bridge and the PCS1400L 4G Business Router combine the power and flexibility of CradlePoint's industry leading solutions with the lightning speed of LTE. The 4G Bridge and 4G Router were designed as complete solutions with integrated LTE modems to be used by businesses that require multiple Wi-Fi- or Ethernet-connected users who need access to the highest level of 4G performance. CradlePoint's solutions provide the features, reliability, security and device management that organizations require for business grade network failover and primary connectivity, as well as the 4G connectivity that increases performance of Fiber/T1/DSL/Cable Internet connections that are in use today.
CradlePoint has been delivering business grade Ethernet Bridges and Business Routers that use 3G connectivity to Fortune 1000 stores and branches for more than three years. The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Mobile Broadband network, launched in December 2010, is the fastest, most advanced 4G network in the United States, providing speeds up to 10 times faster than Verizon Wireless' 3G network. Verizon Wireless' 4G LTE Mobile Broadband network currently reaches one-third of all Americans, with plans to expand the network to the company's entire 3G coverage area over the next three years.
These new solutions are a result of collaboration fostered at Verizon Wireless' LTE Innovation Center. The LTE Innovation Center, established in 2008, provides an environment for diverse companies to work together to develop innovative products that leverage 4G LTE technology.
