A new line of one-piece couplings that are precision machined half way through and feature a pilot hole at the opposite end to make it easy for a user to rebore and maintain concentricity between each half has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Designed to connect two dissimilar sized shafts in virtually any combination, these one-piece steel couplings are available in a full range of sizes.
Featuring 11 sizes with finished bore ends from ½" to 2" I.D. and pilot bores from 0.235" to 0.485" I.D., respectively, Stafford Solution Series Remachineable Couplings are machined from steel, have a black oxide finish, and are supplied complete with screws and rebore instructions.
