CAPS Announces Addition of One-Way Corrugated Containers to Suite of Container Solutions
Livonia, MI - Container and Pooling Solutions (CAPS) (www.usecaps.com), proudly announces the launch of the CAPS One-Way corrugated container. After extensive research, development and testing, the 275-gallon liquid container is now available. The CAPS One-Way rounds out the company's comprehensive suite of container solutions, including reusable plastic containers, container tracking, container cleaning and repair services, making CAPS the one-stop solution for all things container management related.
Since 1998, CAPS has remained North America's leading provider of container rental and management solutions. During this time, CAPS has become the trusted resource for its customers, helping them to grow their businesses by increasing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs. While all-inclusive returnable container solutions continue to work well for many liquid application customers, segments of these supply chains require a corrugated container solution to effectively handle the remainder of their product.
"As our clients continue to grow, they've requested additional products from CAPS, including a reliable, cost-effective expendable packaging option," explains Drew Merrill, CAPS' VP of Business Development and Strategic Planning. "The new CAPS One-Way container is ideal for clients who use CAPS' plastic collapsible IBCs for regular domestic needs, but also need an economical bulk liquid shipping solution for smaller volumes, international shipments or products with an extended shelf life."
The CAPS One-Way, developed by award winning packaging designers, was created with the goal of using less corrugated plies than other containers, without sacrificing strength or durability. By reinforcing the container base and sidewalls, CAPS was able to create a corrugated tote that exceeds all ISTA testing requirements, but uses less cardboard, making it more environmentally friendly than previous corrugated totes.
"In our effort to continuously provide exceptional customer service, we have decided to offer corrugated containers as a complementary product to our plastic collapsible totes, making CAPS the only call customers need to make for all things container related," says Bob Wiedmaier, CAPS' CEO. "In addition, we continue to strive daily to improve our carbon footprint and provide green solutions to our customers. Through our innovation and key design reinforcements, we are able to offer a 100% recyclable corrugated container that uses minimal corrugated material, while providing a product of the exceptional quality customers have come to expect from CAPS."
For over a decade, CAPS has been a trusted name in container management solutions, serving the food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and non-hazardous chemical markets. CAPS is a premier provider of container management services which include container rental, container cleaning, repair, and RFID container tracking solutions.
