4820i Imager is Purpose-Built for High-Performance and Reliability in Industrial Data Collection Applications

announced the immediate availability of the 4820i Industrial Cordless 2D
Imager. Designed specifically for use in warehousing, manufacturing,
transportation and logistics applications, the 4820i is built to ensure
high-performance and reliability in the harshest environments.

aggressively reads all linear and 2D bar codes at any angle, including
those that are damaged and poorly printed, plus has the ability to
capture digital images.

batteries on-the-fly instead of docking the scanner for charging -
essential for operations that run multiple shifts and require constant
scanner availability.

in its class without sacrificing industrial-grade durability, survives 50

The 4820i also integrates a shock absorbent housing with impact resistant
over-mold that gives the 4820i the ability to endure 50 drops to concrete
from 2 m while its IP54 sealing prevents the intrusion of dust and liquid,
making it suitable for use indoors or out. 4820i's Bluetooth® wireless
technology enables users to move freely around the work area unimpeded by
cables.
