Cooling System offers cooling rate to 140°C/min.

Press Release Summary:

Liquid Nitrogen Cooling System (LNCS) is designed for use with Q Series Differential Scanning Calorimeters (Q1000, Q100). It delivers low temperature performance down to -180°C and can operate up to 550°C. Unit provides instantaneous cooling and rapid turnaround, making it suitable for polymer isothermal crystallization studies. Autorefill feature enables LNCS to be refilled automatically from larger nitrogen source, enabling continuous DSC operation.

TA Instruments Introduces a High-Efficiency Liquid Nitrogen Cooling System (LNCS) for Q Series Differential Scanning Calorimeters

High performance and high flexibility, with an exceptional 140°C/min cooling rate, make the LNCS ideal for polymer isothermal crystallization studies.

New Castle, DE, July 25, 2002 - TA Instruments, Inc. brings new efficiency and flexibility to cooling of TA Instruments Q Series Differential Scanning Calorimeters (Ql000, Q100) with the introduction of the new Liquid Nitrogen Cooling System LNCS, a high performance cooling accessory.

The LNCS delivers excellent low temperature performance (to -180° C), with an exceptional cooling rate capacity (up to 140°C/min), and the ability to operate efficiently at temperatures up to 550° C. It can provide instantaneous cooling and rapid turnaround, making the LNCS ideal for polymer isothermal crystallization studies. An autofill feature enables the LNCS to be refilled automatically from a larger liquid nitrogen source, to enable continuous DSC operation.
