Coolant Filter removes tramp oils, solids, and fines.

Press Release Summary:

Portable OSEP-1 fluid-conditioning filtration system and oil/water separator removes contaminants from water-based coolants used in typical machining centers. It helps keep bacteria levels to minimum and eliminates smoking caused by oils in coolant coming in contact with hot tooling. It has 2 x 2 ft footprint, heavy-duty casters, 17 gal capacity, and can be moved easily. It requires only 50 psi air connection, with no electrical connection.

Save Big on Coolant Replacement Costs

A new, portable, fluid-conditioning filtration system and oil/water separator is designed to remove tramp oils from water-based coolants used in typical machining centers. It also removes solids/fines during this process.

A 2 x 2 footprint, heavy-duty casters, and a 17-gallon capacity gives the OSEP-1 a compact and mobile design allowing it to be easily moved from machining center to machining center throughout the plant! Requires only a 50 psi air connection. No electrical connection is needed.

By maintaining the quality of the machine-tool coolant, the life of the coolant will be extended far beyond its usual effectiveness. Fewer change outs equate to fewer dollars spent on haul-away and replacement coolant.

Based on the successful tramp oil removal principles used in Graymills' larger model, the OSEP-5, the new OSEP-1 also enhances the workplace environment by helping to keep bacteria levels to a minimum and eliminates "smoking" caused by oils in the coolant coming in contact with hot tooling. It makes the workplace more environmentally friendly and can eliminate the need for costly, noisy, oil mist collectors.

All these factors combined add up to a rapid pay back time for the OSEP-1.
