Convolute Paper Tubes Manufactured to Customer Requirements



Custom manufactured convolute paper tubes made from a variety of materials, including 100% recyclable, into a wide range of shapes and sizes are available from New England Paper Tube Co., Inc. of Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

NEPT Convolute Wound Tubes are manufactured to customer requirements from high burst kraft, virgin kraft, recycled kraft, or chipboard papers and can be impregnated with wax or phenolic resins. Available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, these parallel wound tubes can be printed, punched, and supplied with notched or burnished ends and embossed or grooved surfaces.

Featuring sizes from .175" to 4" I.D., .030" to .5" wall thicknesses, and lengths from .250" to 80", NEPT Convolute Wound Tubes are recyclable (except phenolic) and meet MIL-AA-203 specs. Applications include electrical insulators and rewind cores for charts, threads, textiles, and other materials.
