New Metal Conveyor Hook for Industrial Painting Lines

PITTSBURGH. Intromark Incorporated introduces Gravity Hook(TM), a new hook used for painting or powder coating metal parts. Designed to hold a part so it can be fully painted or coated, it helps reduce the cost of touch-up work and saves time. Flat
and oddly shaped pieces can be hung easily. Gravity Hook(TM) allows more complete paint or coating coverage because of the minimal contact with the surface.

Made of heat-treated steel, Gravity Hook(TM) measures 1.25 by 2.5 by .125 inches. Simple to use, Gravity Hook(TM) is mounted onto a horizontal, rod-based rack. A small, teardrop shaped slot on the bottom of the hook holds parts in place. It can be used on it's
own, or with numerous hooks to support different sized pieces. Its flexibility enables it to be used at different angles.

Unlike other hooks, using Gravity Hook(TM) reduces the need for extra touch-up work. By holding a part between two small points, the Gravity Hook(TM) leaves only two unpainted areas. Suggested retail price $1.35.
