FlexLink Launches Standard Conveyor Components for Medium Duty



Following demands from packaging machine and machine tool suppliers, FlexLink introduces a new range of drive and idler units to complement the existing heavy-duty range. The new units have a compact design and are ideal for integration into machines, in order to create smooth interfaces with infeed and outfeed conveyors.

The new components are suited for light to medium conveyor loads at moderate to medium speed. The drive wheel radius is small compared to the heavy-duty versions and have a direct drive which saves space and maintenance. The units are designed for the FlexLink XL and XM conveyor systems, which are widely used in filling, packaging and machining processes. The new units feature slots for easy attachment of accessories.

The new units are available from stock and come in two versions for light and medium loads to suit the specific conveyor application.
