IWIS Accumulator Conveyor Chains Provide Optimum Support And Smooth Transport

IWIS high-performance accumulator chains for the packaging industry are ideally suited for operations requiring reliable and continuous conveying, accumulating, singling out, and acceleration of materials. They deliver smooth and gentle transport and optimum support for all conveyed materials.

Features include simple mounting points to position materials with ease; acceleration rails for enhanced transport speed capabilities; "light-running transport rollers" in hardened steel, plastic, or anti-static; offset roller arrangements for strong support and smoother running of conveyed materials; and small minimum radius to accommodate system curves.

The chains promote even load distribution (each pin bears the load) and require little maintenance due to wax lubrication applied at bearing points in advance by the manufacturer. The outside of the chain is clean because only articulated points are lubricated.

These accumulator chains provide excellent wear characteristics, can be specified in a wide range of shapes and configurations, and are fully compatible with existing guides, deflector units, and chain wheels. Added attachments can satisfy particular application needs.
