The Series 1100 Flat Top's new underside design incorporates a continuous cross section instead of dedicated drive pockets, so Series 1100 EZ Track sprockets can be placed anywhere across the width of the belt. The newly available Series 1100 EZ Track sprockets contact the belt underside at the hinge and link areas to drive and track the belt securely. Additionally, the belt's new underside design eliminates potential debris traps otherwise created by dedicated drive pockets, so cleaning becomes easier and more effective.
The Series 1100 Flat Top belt's strength, weight, pitch, etc. have not changed with the upgrade.
