"Superail" Moves Heavy Containers With Ease
Custom Automation's "Superail"(TM), a patented low profile (2"H x 3"W), high impact, heavy-duty conveyance system, is now available in standard four-foot sections. Each section consists of three staggered rows of ball bearing rollers handling loads of up to 1,000 pounds per linear inch and automatically compensates for uneven or damaged containers.
"Superail" uses a specially designed double ball bearing with a self-cleaning open track to operate in tough environments without lubrication. The "Superail" systems have been applied to moving pallets, dies and bins with the rollers in either an up or down position.
