TTI Announces the TIA-4000 InGaAs APD O/E Converter


Oriskany, New York, May 13, 2002: Terahertz Technologies Inc. announces the addition of an InGaAs APD version to its line of Optical to Electrical Converters. The TIA-4000 combines speed, high gain, and low noise to provide an excellent diagnostic tool for 10 Gb/s communications work and the traditional photonics laboratory. Applications for this instrument include DWDM and SONET/SDH systems.
