(Plymouth Meeting, PA) - Athena Controls has added a useful safety feature called SafeChange(TM) to its line of hot runner control mainframe cabinets and controllers. It prevents damage to the controller in case a control module is inadvertently removed from the mainframe while power is still on.
Athena's hot runner mainframe cabinets with the SafeChange feature are available in 2-, 3-, 5-, 8-, and 12-zone models. Other features include pre-wired power distribution, side mounted ventilation fans, built-in grounding for the mainframe and control modules, and rugged, heavy-duty construction.
