DL Technology Introduces the DispenseLink(TM) Controller for Micro Volume Applications


HAVERHILL, MA - DL Technology, LLC® introduces the DispenseLinkTM controller, providing a cost-effective micro volume dispensing capability for high density interconnect, semiconductor packaging, and SMT applications. DispenseLink provides totally programmable increment and velocity control for the DL Micro Valve on any standard dispensing platform, thereby providing the capability for dot arrays, lines, fill routines, and custom patterns at material volumes of less than 10 mil. The DL Micro Valve is specifically designed for precision dispensing of micro volumes of material. A brushless motor controls the rotation of the auger with a programmable encoder for achieving specific dispense parameters. The encoder provides more than 57,000 counts per 360° revolution of the auger, thereby providing the precision control required for micro volume dispensing.

DispenseLink provides password-secure programming and a touch screen control. The user-friendly software and easy integration allows you total control of your DL Micro Valve. DispenseLink gives you the flexibility to run difficult multi-task applications with one or two DL Micro Valves.
