ControlGuard and Cohort Technology Announce Strategic Channel Partnership to Prevent Information Leakage and Data Theft
Birmingham, West Midlands UK, February 13, 2008 - - ControlGuard Ltd., a leading Vendor of Enterprise Grade Endpoint Security solutions, has today announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Cohort Technology to distribute its solutions, Endpoint Access Manager and Endpoint Access Manager SME.
ControlGuard's Endpoint Access Manager offers a solution for managing, controlling, monitoring and logging how information is down and uploaded to USB memory sticks, wireless and portable devices as well as other portable storage and media in order to prevent information leakage from company networks. It secures the use of removable media and portable storage devices by defining and enforcing endpoint data protection policies, monitoring and auditing endpoint activities.
End Point Access Manager also has capabilities to support mobile and remote users, ensuring that mobile workforces are given the same protection for data leakage as office based staff.
