New Command Stamp Brake Press Control Unit
April 6th, 2006 (Newmarket, Ontario) Reflex Integration Inc. today announced the introduction of their new Command Stamp Brake Press Control unit which improves the safety of brake press operations in compliance with the CSA Safety Standard Z142-02 which became mandatory in December 2004.
The Command Stamp Brake Press Control installs directly into existing brake press control panels and ties together all of the safety guards and monitoring devices on Brake Presses with diverse redundancy in order to verify and maintain safe Brake Press operations.
This unit represents a cost effective way to upgrade older brake presses to meet this more stringent safety standard. This is the first standardized unit we're aware of for the rapid upgrade of existing and older brake presses for these required safety features and the Command Stamp Brake Press Control can be purchased with or without installation.
The Command Stamp Brake Press Control has a large illuminated system display screen for displaying operational modes and system faults. Fault messages are simply displayed in plain English to make the unit easy to use for your operators. This unit also supports two (2) run stands (Hand or foot operation selectable) and has dual inputs for safety gates (with motor stop interlock) and light curtains.
